Wilfreds didn’t start with a grand plan. It started with something much simpler, a feeling. The idea that even small things can shift your mood. That a moment, a taste, a memory can pull you out of your head and back into something lighter.
Sweets, at their core, are simple. They’re not essential. They’re not something you need every day. But that’s exactly the point. They’re a choice. A small, deliberate decision to lean into something good.
That’s what this is about.
Not perfection. Not scale. Not chasing trends.
Just building something that makes people feel a little better, even if only for a moment.
This blog isn’t going to be overly polished. It’s not here to impress. It’s here to document, the thinking, the building, the mistakes, and the wins. The reality of creating something from scratch.
